Questions and Answers on how to use WLX

  • STEP 1: Click on the QUICK SEND button on the top left corner. This would take you to the SEND A PARCEL page.
  • STEP 2: Input all Pick up and Drop off details
  • STEP 3: Select Urgency; same day delivery (order before 12pm), Next day delivery, 42 hours or 72 hours delivery.
  • STEP 4: Move to payment; option to pay via card or bank transfer
  • STEP 5: Generate tracking ID
  • STEP 6: Track by clicking on the TRACK button on the top left corner.

All orders must be made a day ahead or before 12 pm of the delivery day.

We operate with bikes only for now. Cars and Mini-buses delivery are coming soon.



  • Unregistered customers can only pay via card or bank transfer
  • Registered Personal customers can pay via card, bank transfer and e-wallet.
  • E-commerce/Corporate customers can pay via card, bank transfer and e-wallet

  • A personal customer is a registered individual who places an order through the WLX+ website. Unregistered customers can only send through the Quick Send button at the top left corner of the website.
  • E-commerce/Corporate customers are customers who make high volume orders with the WLX+ and gets delivery charges at highly discounted prices alongside other side benefits. If you are a social media vendor / merchant (sales of products using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp etc. ), an e-commerce merchant (anyone who incorporates both social media and an e-commerce website as platform for sales) or a Corporate firm who needs the careful and safe dispatch of documents and files can benefit from this package.


This rarely happens but when it does, WLX will make a total refund to the customer based on the value declared of item(s) missing or damaged.
